Refund policy

RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

1. General Conditions

Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of delivery of your order.

After this period, we are unable to offer a return, exchange, or refund.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be new, unused, and unwashed

  • Be returned in its original condition

  • Be returned in its original packaging, intact and complete

All return requests must be accompanied by proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation).

Returns sent directly to the manufacturer will not be accepted.

Before returning any item, customers must contact us by email so that we can provide the specific return address. Any package returned without prior authorization or sent to an address not provided by us will not be accepted.


2. Order Cancellation and Refund Before Shipment

Any cancellation or refund request must be made before the order has been processed.

If the order has not yet been processed, cancellation may be possible.

Once the order has been processed, shipped, or handed over to our logistics partner, cancellation will no longer be possible.

To obtain a refund in such cases, the customer must:

  • Accept delivery of the order

  • Return the order in accordance with the return conditions outlined below

The refund will only be issued after the returned items have been received, inspected, and approved.


3. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges:

  • Gift cards

  • Digital or downloadable products

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Orders not collected from a pickup point

Any order not collected from a pickup point will be considered abandoned and will not be eligible for a refund or exchange under any circumstances.


4. Partial Refunds (If Applicable)

Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:

  • Returned items are incomplete, damaged, or show signs of use

  • Returned items are received after the return period has expired

  • Damage is not due to our error


5. Refund Process

Once your return has been received and inspected, you will receive an email notification confirming:

  • Receipt of your returned package

  • Approval or rejection of your refund request

If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to the original payment method used for the purchase within a few business days.


6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not yet received your refund:

  • Check your bank account

  • Contact your credit card provider

  • Contact your bank

7. Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted only if the item is:

  • Defective

  • Damaged upon delivery

Please contact us by email to arrange a replacement of the same item.


8. Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to the recipient, a store credit equal to the value of the returned item will be issued once the return has been received and approved.

If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.


9. Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

  • Return shipping costs may be deducted from the refunded amount when applicable

For returns valued at more than €75, we strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service.

We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items and are not responsible for packages lost during return transit if no tracking service is used.
