High-end professional tableware (Orders, delivery, VAT)

Orders & Invoicing

No, we bill exclusive of tax (ex-tax). Deleurde is not subject to VAT.

Yes, you can order from 1 piece. We also offer progressive discounts for orders of 10 items or more.

For samples, we invite you to place an order normally. Once a large order is validated, we will refund you.

Processing and Delivery Times

We process your order within 1 to 2 business days.

  • Small orders: 1 to 2 weeks for delivery
  • Orders over 10 items: 2 to 3 weeks for delivery

These times may vary depending on the destination and the volume ordered.

Yes, we ship internationally: France, Europe, United States, Middle East and other destinations.

Order tracking & logistics

Yes, you will receive a tracking number by email within 72 hours after your order.
If not, please contact us via our form.

Some products are shipped from different warehouses.
Therefore, your order may be delivered in multiple shipments.

International delivery times may be extended due to transport or customs clearance.
